Zimpapers also has an Executive Committee which is constituted of the Board Chairman and the Chairpersons of all Board Committees. The Committee can be called on short notice in between Board meetings for purposes of discussing urgent matters which cannot wait for the normal Board meetings. Its decisions would be ratified at the next Board meeting.

Joined the Zimpapers Board on 7th August 2019. Mr Sithole is an Aviation International, Sports Administrator and Journalist by profession. He has worked as a UN Diplomat, Sports Director, Journalist and Flight Captain.

She was appointed to the Zimpapers Board with effect from 1st October 2021. Ms. Dube holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration, Honours Degree in Marketing, Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Public Relations and a Diploma in Education. She has more than 10 years experience in the field.
R Nyahwa
She was appointed to the Zimpapers Board with effect from 1st October 2021. She holds a Masters Degree of Business Administration (MBA), Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
