Zimpapers has a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee which is constituted of five non-Executive Directors and also incorporates the Company Chief Executive and Chief Finance Officer. The Committee’s responsibilities are to establish, review and recommend to Zimpapers policies and procedures that help to maintain a business environment committed to high standards of ethics and integrity, corporate social responsibility and compliance. It also establishes the company’s guidelines and practises with respect to contributions to charitable, educational, political and other tax exempt organisations.

E Dube
She was appointed to the Zimpapers Board with effect from 1st October 2021. Ms. Dube holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration, Honours Degree in Marketing, Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Public Relations and a Diploma in Education. She has more than 10 years experience in the field.

T. Chibvongodze
Was appointed to the Zimpapers Board with effect from 7th August 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Texas Woman’s University, Texas USA, and a Master‘s in Public Health from Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK. With over 10 years’ insight and experience in both NGO and global agencies such as the United Nations, Helen Keller International, World Vision amongst many others, she brings a global workprint and a wealth of exposure and experience in managing projects of multiple dimensions across both governmental and non-governmental agencies. Having served on other boards such as the United Nations Association of Dallas, Adventist Community Services and several others, she brings to the Zimpapers Board strong organizational and negation skillsets. Furthermore, she possesses a proven record of accomplishment in excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing, grant writing and management, compliance monitoring and evaluation, program development and management. During her spare time, she is heavily involved in public health projects that benefit the local community.

M A Ziyambi
She was appointed to the Zimpapers Board with effect from 1st October 2021. Mrs Ziyambi holds a PhD in Philosophy in French, Masters Degree in French, BA Honours Degree in French and a Diploma in Education (French). She is a member of the ZFTA (Zimbabwe French Teachers Association) and ZANA.
